Make your own security tokens without InfoCard

Once you can consume security tokens from InfoCards, it's not too difficult to make them. Since most people don't have the time to try out InfoCard for real, I thought I'd add a quick utility to make your own tokens, and submit them to my RP. This should allow you to at least learn about the format and protocol for using InfoCard over the web.
